Companies pay $173 on Advertising Per hire

What is your value per hire? Is it rising or declining? Curious on what the average is? a survey run on firms external hiring prices. Specifically, they need been viewing advertising and marketing

Here are a number of key findings, so far:

On average, firms pay $173 on advertising per candidate employed.

Small businesses pay additional on the average for every new hire than larger firms.

85 percent of respondents aforementioned job boards were a primary advertising channel for his or her company.

Advertising expenses are defined by cost-per-hire  as "expenses related to advertising or marketing for a specific requisition or across many requisitions.

Examples include expenses related to job boards, social networks, search engine marketing, marketing material production (brochures, websites) or newspapers."

Some other questions to be considered are 

In the last 12 months, how many people have you hired through an advertised position?

Of those advertised positions, how many were senior level positions? *

Of those advertised positions, how many were intermediate level positions?

Of those advertised positions, how many were entry level positions?

How much have you spent on advertising and marketing open positions over the last 12 months?
